Before immersing into beautiful pictures and very comfortable, modern facilities and amazing panoramic views, we would like to describe this country house from our point of view:

What you won`t find here, for sure, is window-dressing, swank

or a fancy-pants crowd domicil.

Comfort, without a question, by the fireplace in the living room, dining room, bathroom, heated floors and sauna in the gym, there is nearly nothing that we`ve forgotten to build.

We had no sense to compose an exhibit, or a  place that takes visitors breath because of gold taps. The first and foremost reason to make our decision to Ca Na Menga, lies in the calm that radiates this place, in the peace that surrounds it. Peace. Silence. Detachment.
Seldom interrupted by hushed pealing sheepbells, or low rattling mopeds, taking its ways, hundreds of meters afar.

 

 

Starting the day with birds chirping,  enjoying quiet hours at the pool, having a walk on our spacious ground, with breathtaking views to the Puig de San Salvador, -and with especially clear weather up to the Tramuntana mountains-, and to say good bye to the sun, in front of an spectacular view, that are our deeper reasons for an incomparable way of living.

Soulfully silence slows body down and invites mind to relax, even without any "personal trainer".

Our house is positioned  that way,  morning sun can fell through ceiling bedroom windows, is postioned, that sunlight accompanies us for the first cup of coffee on the terrace in front of the kitchen, and it`s possible to follow the sun during the day, or to draw back into the patios shadow, for us, all that`s important.

 

Stepping out of the large country kitchen -and each other of the six rooms- onto terrace or patio, too. Not only in terms of these aspects, our architects have done a great job, even taking care of all structurally and bureaucratic questions, meantime property-removing and rebuilding, was self-evident.

Visit takes freedom in the guest house, a few 100 steps far in the backyard, excellent drinking water from our own private well, two other points that were important to us.

What we may offer to people, who are interested in a life of tangible peace, is a grown property, cured of all childhood diseases and uncertainties of a new building. Is carefulness, cautious and responsible use and maintenance of a truly very special piece of earth.

Not without a gardener, but without any garden designer, with ruler and compass to create the diamond-shaped lawns and pink decorative fountain, just because the like is currently in demand.

In the Shed is no John Deere Fairway Hybrid Cutter waiting, but a robust tractor mower, which we use personally, dressed in jeans and rubber boots.

 

 

For over 16 years, we live in a property, whose real asset range between 2,5 million € and more, the intangible value can not be quantified.

It`s impossible to buy inner peace, but sometimes lucky ones have the ability to create an outer frame for there inner opinion, and to hold the sufficient credit balance.
 

Anyone who is interested in a real gem, who feels nostalgia for an incomparable retreat in Europe, who longs for a mild climate with hot bright summers and short, mild wintertimes, who needs freedom and silence the same like us, please have a good look at this offer.

Facts and feeling are difficult to put across. Often enough, photographs are sugarcoated, on the other hand, it`s really difficult to capture that seldom freedom, our daily one, in pictures.
